We do not give a refund if you simply change your mind, however a refund will be given if;
There has been a mistake with your order and the item or items you have recieved are incorrect ( Absolute Safety reserves the right to substitute products in our ready made hampers that may be unavailable or out of stock but guarantee the replacement item will be of equal or greater value than the original item).
If an item or items arrive and are excessively damaged Absolute Safety will look at each case individually before deciding upon what action may be taken.
The item or items must be returned to Absolute Safety, unopened and unused
at the senders expense to:
