1) How do I order goods from the Safety Super Store?
If you would like to order from Safety Super Store simply browse through our product catalogue until you find the product you require. Once you have found the product enter in the size and colour you would like it in (if applicable) also make sure you enter the quantity you would like. Once you have done this simply click on the icon add to bag. This will take you through to another screen from here you can decide to keep shopping or proceed to the checkout and pay for your goods.

2) How do I pay for my goods?
To be able to purchase products from the Safety Super Store website first you must registar by filling out the registration form. Once you have finished your shopping click proceed to checkout. Once you are there check your cart contents if there are no mistakes you can go ahead and fill out your details. Once you have completed this you can proceed and enter you credit card details.

3) When can I expect to receive my order?
Once you have sent your order through to us it will take between 6 to 10 working days to reach you.

4) How do I delete an individual order from my basket?
If you find that there are products you know longer wish to purchase then simply click in the remove button and then click on the icon update cart. This should remove the unwanted product from your shopping trolley.

5) How do I browse the product catalogue?
We have created multiple ways to access our product catalogue. You can:
- Move your mouse cursor to the "Safety Product Catalogue". You'll find this menu option located along the top of your screen. You can either click on this link or any of the drop down menu options that appear when your mouse sits over it. Or,
- Click on our "View our Product Catalogue" button located on the home page. You'll head straight to our main categories and will be able to navigate to products from there. Or,
- Use our search engine to locate specific safety products, workwear or equipment you need.
6) I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. All you need to do is go to the top right hand side of the page and click on "Forgot Password". Once you are at the correct page enter in your email address and click on "Retrieve". Your password will be sent automatically to your email address.
7) How do I register so I can order from this website?
If you would like to purchase a product from us you must register. To do this scroll to the very bottom of the page and in the left hand corner you will find "Register" option. All you need to do is click on this icon and it will take you through to the registration form. Complete this form making sure all the required fields have been answered then click on submit button.
8) How do I update my details?
If you need to update your details with us, please go to the top right hand side of the page and click where it says "Edit details".

9) How can I contact the Safety Super Store?
If you would like to send Safety Super Store a question / comment / query go to the bottom left hand corner of the page and click on where it says "Contact us". All you need to do is complete your details and your question or comment and a member of the friendly Safety Super Store team will be get back to you as soon as possible.
